Device Independent Bitmap (DIB) Viewer

Everybody does it! This started as a simple read and view a BITMAP file, but later included conversions to/from GIF and JPEG formats through a helper DLL. There is a LOT to understand about image display and manipulation, including the special "Animated" GIF by Netscape, then "Transparent" GIF, and so on ... I still frequently use this personal tool to take screen snapshots, clip and copy the desired part and paste it back.

Check your browser details here, because this too, and your OS, pc, hardware, etc. effects what you are viewing, the colours, colour depth, video mode, the screen size, density ... so many things effect what we see, let alone added to this is the fact that we each have different colour vision ...
